The team at ID Cleaning brings a wealth of experience across the cleaning industry. From restaurant cleaning to communal areas contracts and Airbnb services – we make sure our clients are always happy with our services, which we try to deliver to a very high standard.

Our team cultivates a strong culture and tries to build good relationships with our clients, working  tirelessly to deliver excellent results at all times. 

Head of Operations / Customer relations

Bella is the head of Operations at ID Cleaning. She has over 15 years of management experience, having worked for over 9 years in one of the biggest Property and maintenance companies in London, her work has been entirely about managing people, organising, planning, achieving goals and building a team. Her moto is "Always be positive". Bella embraces all challenges as a chance of learning oportunity, to include and welcome diversity.  She is currently the head of operations and customer relations. Bella is in charge of overseeing the general performance of the company and implementing new innovative strategies for maximising the revenue and pursuing new streams of work.

Junior Operations Manager

Sherif is in charge for looking after the restaurant cleaning department, successfully managing over 20 of the high end restaurants in London.

Sherif has been with the company for the last 3 years, working his way up to the company ladder. His total dedication to the company and strong work ethics, combined with previous experience and knowledge about the industry has helped him manage and support the day to day operations in a good professional manner. Passionate about his role in the company, Sherif is one of the key people in ID Cleaning, who is in charge of managing, training and developing a successful team of highly performing cleaners.

Junior Operations Manager

Vasilena is a very experienced Customer Support Team Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the cleaning sector.  She is in charge with the Airbnb department and looks after all communal areas contracts. Vasilena manages her department with professional approach, making sure the jobs are always done to the highest standard. Vasilena is also in charge for the end of tenancy and carpet cleaning jobs for all private clients and estate agents ID Cleaning is working with.

Area manager/ Supervisor

Nadia has been working for ID Cleaning for over 3 years, always delivering first class service,  while focusing on the high performance of the cleaning operatives working for ID Cleaning.   Her ability to plan and prioritise the work has helped her to ensure quality audits, staff induction and effective communication with the staff is always done to the very high standard. Nadia is managing a large portfolio of multiple clients, successfully looking after all aspects of her job – from staff performance to materials and following the company procedures.

Area manager/ Supervisor

Gergana is the area manager/ supervisor for all Airbnb cleanings and communal areas jobs. Her role in the company is to ensure that all services are done to a high standard within the time scales and the necessary attention to detail. Gergana leads the cleaning operatives to deliver outstanding service, especially with the Airbnb cleanings, where precision and time flexibility is a must.

Head of Accounts

Zhivka is the head of accounts for ID Cleaning. Having strong financial and multitasking skills as well as experience in the cloud accounting systems, she is the main point of contact for any finance related matters. Zhivka is managing all financial process and systems, from pay roll and internal reports to stock control and overhead functions.
